As part of our commitment to our clients we have a C4Y complaints procedure incase you are not satisfied with the service provided by C4Y or your therapist.
Counsellors check regularly with their clients that the process is positive for them.
If at any time this is not the case clients are welcome to contact the C4Y management, using the C4Y contact details.
This not only helps you as the client but we can ensure feedback within the centre for positive growth for the team.
