To live a fuller, more enjoyable life

Please help us help you by checking through our FAQs, but do contact us if you still have questions.

COVID-19…..are you open?

Yes we are, remotely and in person depending upon need but Covid safe. If you are shielding you will be offered remote sessions until it is deemed safe.

Do you have any spaces?

Our availability tends to be good, but we need to make an appointment for a short, free assessment chat before assigning you to a counsellor.

If none of the team are available immediately we will add you to our waiting list and update you.

How do I book an assessment?

Call us on 07896 630296 or email to request an appointment which will be conducted over the phone or, for couples, at our centre in person. This session is free.

What will you want to know?

We need to ask general questions eg contact information and your availability for sessions.

Do I have to pay the full fee?

We discuss fee and ability to pay as we don’t want cost to stop anyone from accessing therapy.
If someone else is offering to pay your fee, this can be arranged.
There are occasions when our sessions are free eg YPCC.

How do I make a donation to the work of C4Y/YPCC?

This can be done by BACS:
Account Name: C4Y
Sort Code: 60-24-37
Account No: 13593617

We like to be able to thank you for your donations so if you are able to email us to let us know you have made a donation we can thank you but appreciate some may want to remain anonymous.

Or you can post us a cheque to pay into our account, made payable to ‘C4Y’. Again if you could include your address we can write to thank you.

Our address is:
First Floor AKS House
Addlewell Lane
BA20 1RY

If you would like to Gift Aid your donation we will need to post you a form with stamped addressed return envelope
